Experience

Creative thinking web application and software developer with fifteen years experience working with PHP, Python, JavaScript & TypeScript, HTML & CSS (amongst other flavours).

I have a passion for video, VFX and 3D motion graphics, from performing at festivals with 20,000 spectators to producing content for club and live artists, audio visual is a creative passion and artistic output for me.

I believe in an inclusive internet that is accessible to all regardless of ability, so I take pride in educating designers and developers to build more accessibly for the web by adhering to WCAG 2.2 standards. I only work with companies that share my ethical values.

I take pride in developing user centred websites and applications that are WCAG compliant; using secure, clean code. Accessibility is important to me, ensuring an inclusive internet that is open to everyone, regardless of ability. I have been building websites using PHP, HTML, CSS & TS/Angular/React for over fifteen years, with WordPress as my go to CMS of choice.

It's node rocket science, JavaScript rules the internet. I mostly build websites and applications using TypeScript & Node.js, but I also have experience using Angular.js and React.js on more advanced frontend requirement projects.

With 15 years of experience in LED processing, video software, DMX512, and Avolites lighting desks, I bring a deep technical expertise to the AV industry. I have worked across a diverse range of live events, including music performances, corporate parties, awards ceremonies, touring productions, and festivals, ensuring high-quality visual and lighting experiences.

I have a strong passion for designing and rendering dynamic live visuals for LED screens at festivals, club nights, and live performances. I love creating immersive 3D visual experiences that enhance the atmosphere and engage audiences, bringing energy and elevating the music and lighting in unity.
